Our Heat Resistant Felt Grill Mat combines specially treated flame-retardant needle punched felt with a waterproof, oil-resistant and non-slip backing membrane.

Designed for BBQ grills, outdoor cooking areas and fire pits, the composite mat helps protect decks, patios, concrete floors and other surfaces from heat, sparks, hot grease, oil, liquid spills, charcoal and ash.

The product is manufactured with a strongly bonded composite structure, helping prevent the felt and backing layer from separating during repeated exposure to water, oil and everyday use.

UL 94 tested/certified material is available for enhanced flame-retardant performance.

The top layer is made from flame-retardant needle punched felt, specially developed for applications requiring enhanced resistance to heat and flame.

Compared with ordinary felt, our flame-retardant felt can provide additional protection for outdoor cooking applications.

Waterproof & Oil-Resistant Backing

The bottom layer features a waterproof and oil-resistant backing membrane.

During use:

Felt Side UP → Grill / BBQ / Fire Pit

Waterproof Membrane Side DOWN → Deck / Patio / Floor

This two-layer construction allows the felt surface to absorb grease, oil and liquid spills while the backing layer helps prevent them from reaching the floor underneath.
